Kenya and the Diocesan Cathedral of All Saints’ Cathedral Diocese in
Nairobi.

Assistant
Provost
Reporting the Provost, the role is responsible for managing ministry work in consistence with the strategic plan.
The
role supervises the clergy and ministry staff in consultation with the Provost,
coordinates the Ministry Pillars and their respective Committees, serves on the
Church Council and is a member of other church committees.
This is a 5 year contract renewable once.
Minimum Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Theology or Divinity. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- 10
years as an Ordained Anglican Priest with a minimum of five (5) years’
experience in a Parish.
- Ability
to determine strategies to move the Ministry forward
- Experience
in leading teams and working cooperatively and effectively with others.
- Recommendation
letter from your Bishop and 2 other referees.
- 35
to 55 years of age
The
role is on a five year contract, renewable.
Cathedral Administrator
Reporting
to the Provost, the role is responsible for Human Resource Management, Office
Management, Property Management and general administration of the Church and
the Schools.
The
role supervises staff, co-ordinates respective committees, serves on the Church
Council and is as an ex-officio member of other church committees.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business Management or related field. Masters degree is an added
advantage.
- 5
years relevant experience in a similar role at a senior level.
- Membership
to a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
- Experience
in leading teams and working cooperatively and effectively with others.
- Demonstrated
ability to provide leadership and strategic direction.
- Recommendation
letter from your Bishop and 2 other referees.
The
role is on a five year contract, renewable.
Teens’ Minister
Reporting to the Assistant Provost, the role is responsible for planning and execution of the Cathedral Teens Ministry programs including Sunday services and special events.
Minimum Job Requirements;
- Bachelor’s
degree in Theology or Divinity.
- 3
years’ experience as an Ordained Anglican Priest. Experience in Teens
Ministry is an added advantage.
- Ability
to develop plans to grow the Teens ministry
- Ability
to work with Teens and cooperatively with others
- Recommendation
letter from your Bishop and 2 other referees.
The
role is on a three year contract, renewable.
