Descriptions
1) To
assist the Production Manager in day to day follow ups of plant administration,
Production, Quality, Maintenance and Cost Management
2) Man
Power management, Grievance handling and establishing the better work culture
in the factory
3) To
achieve the set targets for production, quality and Cost in various department
4) To
Maintain the quality standards and process norms at each and every stage
5)
Troubleshooting in case of any quality or maintenance break downs
