Responsibilities (KPAs):
Turnover
- Execute
and manage sales driven activities towards achievement of set sales target
in all given outlets.
- Through
the merchandisers maintain good and visible displays with well
merchandised products in all given outlets as per Joint Business Plan (JBP)
and plan-o- grams.
Financial
- Maintain
accounts by collection of revenue within the agreed terms and zero bad
debts.
- Ensure
accurate Account Opening forms for new accounts are filled accurately and
all document submitted.
Stock
Management
- Ensuring
rotation of on-shelf products using FEFO to minimize expiries or near
expiries in the outlet.
- Ensuring
optimal distribution and stocking of products in relevant retail outlets.
Sales
Management
- Prepare
action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the
number of contacts to be made.
- Monitoring
product performance in the outlets, evaluate competitor activity and
provide market information and intelligence.
- Maintain
sales materials and current product promotion material in the outlets.
Customer
service
- Ensuring
that the customer receive good customer service from the company in terms
of prompt deliveries and complaints being resolved on time.
- Resolve
any client concerns.
- Service
and develop existing client base through continuous relationship building
and customer service.
Reports
- Keep
management informed by submitting activity reports clearly detailing
follow up areas and sales reports
- Attend
to any other duties assigned to by the Management and/or Supervisor-
Consumer.
Qualifications,
Experience and Knowledge Requirements
- Relevant
Business degree
- Diploma
in Marketing is an added advantage
- Years’
experience required for this role is a minimum of 2 years
- Experience
in FMCG industry
- Experience
in Key Accounts Management.
