Job Title: Supervisor

Station: Homa-bay & Siaya County
Salary: KES. 15,000/-
Overall responsibility: supervise a group of farm workers during varied farm operation activities.
Position reports to: The Agronomist
Key
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Directing
and coordinating; planting, irrigation, chemical application and
harvesting.
- Ensuring
Proper Maintenance and Use of all farm equipment and supplies.
- Keeping
and updating the farm workers attendance list on a daily basis.
- Contribute
to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform
any other duties that may be assigned by the management.
Knowledge,
experience and qualifications required
- Minimum
C- in KCSE and a certificate in Agricultural Engineering.
- 6-
1 Year experience in community mobilization.
- Excellent
team player Knowledge of Agricultural best practices will be an added
advantage
- Personal
skills and attributes required
- Good
interpersonal skills
- Excellent
communication and analytical skills
- Ability
to solve work related conflicts maturely.
- Must
be conversant with the local language
