Vacancy: Rider / Driver
The
motorcycle rider and driver will be responsible for running of office errands
i.e office messenger: purchasing of supplies, making deliveries, paying of
bills, collecting and dropping of mails among others.
He
will ride the company motorcycle and drive the company vehicles.
- Drive
the company vehicles and ride the company motorcycle
- Make
deliveries and collections as assigned
- Office
printing management e.g. stock taking and stock keeping, maintaining the
printing records and ensuring proper usage of the printing
machine/materials
- Handling
stock of deliveries supplied for the printer
- Maintaining
the office motorbike
- Ensure
the vehicles are well maintained
- Assisting
with office duties
- Maintaining
office cleanliness
Requirements
- Experienced
motorcycle rider – at least one year
- Experienced
driver with at least 2 years’ experience
- Relevant
work experience
- Keen
attention to detail
- Good
written and spoken English, good spoken Swahili
- Basic
use of computers
- Must
be neat and smart
- At
least KCSE or equivalent
