Office Administrator Job in Nairobi Kenya

A Real Estate Firm that provides property valuations, facilities management, environmental impact assessments and agency and consultancy services for residential and commercial properties is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to be based in Nairobi. 

The successful candidate MUST have an administrative background in a similar setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office administration and managing the managing director.
  • Financial management.
  • Report writing and finalizing.
  • File management.
  • Report analysis and writing.
  • Raising fee notes for clients.
  • Following up on payment.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Ensuring the office is well managed and has all the resources needed.
  • Creating management schedules.
  • Updating all records (ARMS System, book-file, visitors and searches etc.)
  • Ensuring payments as per budget allocated.
  • Book-keeping management (Quick books, payroll calculation statutory payments, petty cash etc.)
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree/diploma in a business related course.
  • At least two years experience in an administrative/accounting role.
  • Must have excellent people skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and posses administration skills.
  • Must be proactive.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 30,000 - 35,000/= (Approx. 300 - 350 USD) depending on experience
