- Maintain
a clean, sanitary, hospitable environment for the students
- Report
any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Monitor
and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements
- Clean
up all common areas and ensure students are taking responsibility for
their own living areas
- Observe
and report damage of University property
- Keep
all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working
condition
- Ensure
stock of cleaning materials are in regular supply
- Report
students illness if any promptly to the University Medical Officer
- Report
unbecoming student behavior against the rules and regulation to the Dean
of Students.
