and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing
quality, improvement of process for efficient delivery of services in the
hospital.
- Guiding
in setting operational standards in the hospital.
- Overseeing
of the hospital budget
- The
hospital Administrator is responsible to ensure that the hospital runs
efficiently and delivers quality patient care.
- Creating
financial and business strategies to ensure fiscal viability of the health
facility
- Recruitment
and retention of staff.
- Addressing
doctors’ needs and ensuring patients’ quality medical care and well-being.
- Liaising
with all Hospitals Stakeholders and Attending fund-raising, local health
council meetings and professional industry conferences..
- Being
involved in press relation, public community affairs and grants
management.
- Formulate
policies for Boards’ approval, and implement approved policies
- Prepare
monthly, quarterly and yearly progress reports.
Job Requirements
- Diploma
in Administration, Human Resource or any other relevant field.
- At
least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a busy environment.
- Proficiency
in MS Office applications.
- Person
of high integrity and confidentiality. Should be highly organized and
decisive. .
- Ability
to work with strict deadlines.
- Competency
in performing multiple functional tasks.
- Excellent
interpersonal skills and an ability to manage a diverse range of
professional relationships is essential.
In addition, must be flexible, willing to perform assigned and
additional duties and work irregular hours under unpredictable conditions.
Laboratory Technologist

- Perform
in a timely and efficient manner all the clinical tests as requested by
the clinicians in the management of diseases
- Ensure
confidentiality of all patients’ results both in and out-sourced tests
- Produce
and submit reports of all undertakings in the laboratory as and when
requested.
- Provide
reports on all notifiable diseases and report findings promptly
- Ensure
that proper book keeping of laboratory records and inventory
- Ensure
safety and proper handling of all laboratory essentials
- Maintain
high standards of hygiene in the laboratory and its environs
- Proper
management of patient samples for out-sourced tests
Job Requirements
- Diploma
or above in laboratory technology, preferably from KMTC
- At
least three (2) years working experience in a busy health care facility
- Excellent
computer skills
- Excellent
communication and good customer care skills.
Pharmaceutical Technologist
Reports
to: Chief
of Pharmacy

advice for non-prescription medications
- Monitor
drugs and other medical supplies levels and initiate the procurement
process.
- Take
inventory and track medication and supply orders
- Keep
records of all drug stocks ordered, drugs issued to clients and stocks
remaining.
- Arrange
drugs in the required manner
- Establish
and maintain good relationships with customers which includes clinics,
doctors, and other institutions
- Monitor
storage conditions i.e. expiry status and security of the pharmaceuticals
Job Requirements:
- Must
be registered with the Pharmacy and Poison Board
- Degree/
Diploma holder from a recognized institution.
- Original
Professional and academic certificates with up to date license
- At
least 2 years of working experience in a similar position

Nurse
Reports

- Compiles
medical records, files, charts, X-ray films, decoded laboratory results
prior to physical examination for doctor’s use.
- Assists
and provides directions to clients of medical facilities – i.e.: doctor’s
office, lab, radiology offices.
- As
a duty Nurse, triage, coordinates work and ensure client flow during
physical examination
- Assists
the MHP during actual physical examinations.
- Administers
prescriptions/recommendations ordered by the Doctor, including application
of appropriate treatment.
- Prepares,
install or sterilizes medical equipment needed for medical examination.

of sales, cash collections and banking reports from the various sales
departments
- Allocation
of payments received from customers & reporting any un-cleared
invoices monthly.
- Credit
customers’ accounts reconciliation
- Factory
& depot stock reconciliation & resolving variances thereof.
- Tracking
of goods movement from factories to sales depots.
- Assist
in petty cash reimbursement & reconciliation exercise for the various
location
Job Requirements
- CPA
Part 1
- At
least 2 years’ work experience
- Must
be proficient with SAP and Accounting packages
- Attention
to detail
- Good
organization and communication skills
