Nursing
Officer In Charge (1
Position)
Based
at our Nakuru branch and reporting to the Hospital Manager, this position is
responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the nursing team within
the hospital.
In
addition, this position is responsible for ensuring consistency and continuity
of high quality nursing care, while upholding the highest professional
standards and excellent customer service.
Applicants must be in possession of Diploma in KRCHN or equivalent, valid certification in BLS, ACLS or ATLS and prior experience managing a large team of nurses in a hospital setting.
A
degree in any health care area or a higher national diploma in a specialized
area will be an added advantage.
The
position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and
Customer service.
The
successful candidate must have a minimum of 6 years cumulative experience in a
busy hospital environment with 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position
leading a team of nursing staff.
Stores In
Charge - 1
Position
Reporting to the Procurement and Logistics Manager, this position is responsible for planning, coordinating and ensuring timely stock management within the store while ensuring efficient service delivery and accurate inventory management.
Applicants
must be in possession of a Degree in Procurement and Supplies and minimum of
two years’ experience working in a busy store.
Internal
Auditor (Finance and Operations) - 1
Position
Reporting
to the Internal Audit Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring
compliance to Company policies, processes and procedures within international
standards and legislation and ensuring all identified risks are adequately
mitigated.
Applicants
must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree with professional qualification at
diploma level (CPA finalist or its equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years
relevant experience.
Professional
Qualification as a Certified Internal Auditor (C.I.A.) will be an added
advantage.
Internal
Auditor (Information Systems) - 1
Position
Reporting
to the Internal Audit Manager, this position is responsible for evaluating the
adequacy and effectiveness of the information system and automated business
processes to ensure compliance to Company policies, processes and procedures.
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree with professional qualification at diploma level (CPA finalist or its equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
The
position also requires professional certification as an information systems
auditor (C.I.S.A)
Credit
Officer - (Work In Progress) - 1
Position
Based
at our Kitengela branch and reporting to the Hospital Manager, with matrix
technical reporting to the Credit Controller, this position will be responsible
for ensuring ongoing engagement with clients within the hospital and delivering
accurate and timely bills and invoices as well as regular payments in line
within defined company policy and guidelines.
Applicants
must be in possession of a Professional qualification in credit management with
at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
A bachelor’s
degree in a business related course will be an added advantage.
In
addition this position requires active knowledge and experience in building
relationships and excellent negotiation skills. Experience in hospital or
insurance industry will be a definite advantage.
Tutor
(School of Nursing) - 1
Position
Based at the Nairobi Women’s Hospital College and reporting to the Head of Department, School of Nursing, the position will be responsible for delivery of quality instruction to health care trainees, in line with the Nursing Council guidelines.
Applicants
must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with more than 2 years
post internship work experience, of which 1 year must be in delivering teaching
to health care trainees. In addition, they must be able to commit consistent
hours per week to deliver training.
Possession
of Pedagogy training will be a distinct advantage.
Business
Development Officer (Re-Advertisement) - 1
Position
Based
at Corporate Office and reporting to the Chief Officer- Business Development
and Marketing, this position is responsible for supporting development of
business growth strategies, plans and projects resulting in sustained volumes
and improved service levels.
Applicants
must be in possession of a Degree in a business related field with demonstrated
experience in research and analysis with a clear drive to improve customer
service standards.
The
position requires active knowledge and experience in Customer Service and
business growth.
The
successful candidate must have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
