client in the Manufacturing Industry is looking to recruit an Office
Administrator.
The
ideal candidate MUST have at least 3-5 years experience.
Key Responsibilities;
Key Responsibilities;
- Reception
/ telephone operations.
- Offices,
compound maintenance/gardening.
- Kitchen
and catering.
- Messengers
and mail handling.
- Filing
system.
- Office
equipment and stationery.
- Security.
- Admin
staff recruitment, training and motivation.
- Trademarks,
licences KEBS and other related issues.
- In
charge of the budgets and monthly KPI reporting in all the above areas.
Qualifications;
- University
degree.
- Age
25 to 35 years.
- Thorough
knowledge of computers, both as a working and reporting tool.
- At
least 3-5 years’ experience in a busy computerized environment.
- Must
reside near Mlolongo.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 50,000/= (Approx. 500 USD)
