Monitoring & Evaluation Officer Vacancy in Kenya

Our client, a well-established company that Supplies Consumer Goods is seeking to recruit aMonitoring & Evaluation Officerfor their Kisumu Office. 

The successful candidate MUST have 5 years experience in years in implementing M&E systems and be happy to regularly travel to Nairobi. 

Key Responsibilities;
  • Lead the capture, editing and packaging of program success stories.
  • Facilitate the routine utilization of the company’s program data and promote continuous program quality improvement.
  • Provide training to management and field staff on M&E topics as required.
  • Provide technical guidance on the development, implementation and evaluation of pilot projects.
  • Support documentation of lessons learned, reporting, and presentation at appropriate forums.
  • Assist with program reporting and additional management activities at the request of the country director.
  • Communicate and work closely with the country director Kenya & the M&E director in Cape Town, South Africa
Qualifications;
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in social development, economics, international development or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
  • Must have experience training others on M&E systems (data collection, interpretation, analysis).
  • Must have experience leading and conducting surveys and using data analysis software such as SPSS/STATA.
  • Must have excellent administration, communication and management skills.
  • Must have excellent command of written and oral English.
  • Possession of own car and valid driver’s license beneficial.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 100,000 - 150,000/= (Approx. 1,000 - 1,500 USD) depending on experience
