Executive Director
The University of Nairobi Alumni Association (UONAA) is seeking to fill the position of Executive Director who is a creative and results-driven manager and strategic professional with entrepreneurial passion, drive and vision. 

The person must have at least five years’ experience and expertise in revenue generation and partnerships through alumni, government, corporate and other key stakeholders collaborations.

Key Activities
  • Alumni Engagement – play a key role in recruiting alumni into membership and engaging them in universities activities and programs
  • Fundraising and Relationship – developing relationships with institutional donors, high net worth individuals or corporations.
  • Partnership and Collaborations - Interacting with all types of partners and donors locally, regionally and internationally.
  • Entrepreneurship – Identifying areas for improvement and taking necessary steps to implement those changes.

Education Qualifications
  • A Bachelor and Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Strategy or related disciplines. 
  • Must be a member of a professional body or association.
