Our client, a dynamic Manufacturing
Company is looking to fill the position of a Human
Resource Intern.
The successful candidate MUST be a
fresh graduate.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in recruitment, selection
and on-boarding processes.
- Maintaining employee’s details on the HR
database.
- Monitoring and managing employee records.
- Updating information to enable payroll to run
efficiently.
- Dealing with employee relations.
- Managing and tracking of contracts.
- Provide HR administration support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource or
business administration.
- IHRM Certificate will be an added advantage.
- Experience none required.
- Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly
deal with a variety of people.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Problem solving capabilities necessary to
accomplish the duties and tasks of the position.
- Exceptional written and oral communication
skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new
knowledge and skills.
Monthly gross salary: Transport
& Lunch allowance
