A vibrant and unique company, providing New Technology Solutions in Rwanda, is looking for a motivated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Kigali.
The CFO has a key role, which entails
a great amount of responsibility as well as adaptability, particularly in the
start-up phase.
Key Responsibilities;
- Prepare a financial plan for the next three to
five years for the company.
- Prepare balance sheet and P&L for the
company.
- Forecasting, planning and regular analysis of
KPIs.
- To come up with policies and guidelines on how
to mitigate on market and credit risk.
- Identify the parameters of cash flow risk.
- Analyze and assess the company’s exposure to
the market risk.
- Monitor that operational risk mitigation are
implemented by the relevant departmental units.
- Budgeting/modelling/strategic financial
planning.
- To provide a balance and well diversified
liability base.
- To monitor cash flows and working capital.
- To carry out variance analysis of the budget.
Qualifications;
- Masters in finance or similar.
- Experience in the private sector strongly
preferred.
- CA/CPA (K).
- 5-10 Years experience working in
finance/accounting.
- Strong managerial skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and
written.
- Excellent reporting & presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS office and good computer
skills.
- Experience in startups is an advantage.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.
300,000 - 500,000/= (Approx. 3,000 - 5,000 USD) depending on experience
