General Manager
General Manager
Job Purpose: Oversee the management of all staff and company
operations, as well as establishing and accomplishing business objectives for
overall business profitability.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Overall management of the company operations.
- Accomplish company objectives by establishing
plans, budgets and results measurements, allocating resources, reviewing
progress and making mid-course corrections.
- Increase management's effectiveness by
overseeing compliance with all company policies and relevant
laws/regulations and standards.
- Coordinate efforts by establishing procurement,
production, marketing, field and technical services policies and practices
and coordinating actions with staff.
- Communicate values, strategies and objectives,
assigning accountabilities, planning, monitoring and developing a climate
for offering information and opinions.
- Oversee development and implementation of
strategic goals by studying technological and financial opportunities,
presenting assumptions and recommending objectives.
- Build company image by engaging effectively
with stakeholders including customers, government, communities and
employees.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate governance
best practices and enforcing high ethical business standards.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and
enforcing organization standards.

- Undertake business development by growing and
maintaining personal networks and participating in events.
- Advise and train technical teams on sales,
design and installation of renewable energy (solar) systems.
Key Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical
Engineering from a recognized university.
- Membership in ERB will be an added advantage.
- At least 6 years hands on experience, 3 of
which should be in a managerial position.
- Experience in power distribution, analog and
digital circuit design, high and low current AC and DC power supplies.
- Experience in renewable energy solutions will be
an added advantage.

Marketing Manager
Job Purpose: Manage the day to day sales and marketing
activities as well as the long term marketing strategy for the company.

company.
- Lead in profit maximization through sales and
marketing initiatives.
- Develop the marketing strategy for the company
in line with corporate objectives.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales
activities.
- Oversee the company’s marketing budget.
- Creation and publication of all marketing
material in line with marketing plans.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
- Manage and improve lead generation and results
monitoring and measurement.
- Overall responsibility for brand management
and corporate identity.
- Prepare online and print marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of
marketing communications.
- Create a wide range of different marketing
materials.
- Conduct market surveys.
- Maintain effective internal communications to
ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing
objectives.
- Analyse potential strategic partner
relationships for company marketing.
Key Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
- Diploma in Marketing.
- Membership of Marketing Society of Kenya
and/or Chartered Institute of Marketing will be an added advantage.
- At least 5 years experience in sales and
marketing.
