Administrative Intern Career in Kenya

Our client, a Dynamic Manufacturing Company is looking for an Administrative Intern to assist in office functions.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably in a business field. 

He / She will report to the Human Resource Manager.

Key Responsibilities;
  • Provide support assistance to operations team.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
  • Anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Administrative duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor degree graduate or seeking a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrated attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
Monthly gross salary: Transport & Lunch allowance
