Senior Account Manager – Security Systems
Our client, a well established ICT Company that offers IT security solutions is looking for a Senior Account Manager.

Suitable candidate MUST have
experience in sales of electronic security systems.
Key Responsibilities;- Promote sales of systems and products.
- Manage customer accounts including all related
aspects.
- Follow up on instructions by the head of
sales.
- Be responsible for the overall satisfaction of
the customer.
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings.
- Issue customer proposals and conduct weekly
follow-up.
- Submit weekly reports to head of sales.
- Submit an annual business plan.
- Conduct market and products research.
- Generate sales leads and meet sales targets.
- Create new customer accounts and manage
existing customer accounts.
- Maintain high level of product/system
knowledge.
- Present and demonstrate systems / products.
- Conduct road shows and other marketing events.
- Prepare tender responses.
- Building Pos, BOM and allocate the relevant
stock items.
- Manage debt collection for your accounts.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related
field.
- Must have IT security certification.
- Higher diploma in sales and marketing
- Must have 3 years experience in selling large
security systems (CCTV & access control, BMS).
- Must have over 5 years progressive sales
experience in a similar role.
- Must have a proven track record handling major
accounts.
- Must have good presentation skills.
- Must have good negotiation skills.
- The candidate must have a car.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.
130,000 - 250,000/= (Approx. 1,300 - 2,500 USD) depending on experience
