Our client is a leading mobile and
digital services provider operating a payments ecosystem connecting financial
sector customers, Mobile Network Operators and businesses to consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- The Relationship Manager will be responsible
for managing client relationships to ensure maximum contract, license and
business renewals
- Act as a primary contact for support related
queries, managing incidents and problems, ensuring a fast timely
resolution in line with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- She/he will be responsible for creating and
managing action logs and issue resolution plans when necessary.
The successful Relationship Manager
requires the following skill set:
- Customer Relationship Management / Account
Management experience
- Excellent client management skills
- Incident / Problem Management & Resolution
skills
- Production of Management Information (MI)
reports
- Representation of the business at client
meetings and reviews
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Business / Commerce / Marketing or
related field
- A minimum of 3 years experience of
relationship management in the banking sector
- Previous experience in a senior position
successfully managing clients’ projects from start to finish
- A quick and analytical mind is key
- She/he must have good negotiation skills and
must be comfortable interacting/dealing with decision makers to deliver
desired results
- Good presentation skills are vital
- She/he must have an entrepreneurial mind and
should be a solution provider
