Personal Assistant / Administrator (French
Speaking)
A new non – Governmental Organization
seeks to recruit a Personal Assistant / Administrator to carry out secretarial,
Office Administration, customer care duties and manage the Director’s diary.
Main Objective: Someone who can act as Head of Administration,
coordinating internal operations and general administration coordination.
Able to work closely with the
director and manage his / her diary.
Key Performance Indicators
- High levels of Customer Service
- Diplomacy, accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to work under minimal supervision

Requirements
- She should have a Degree in a Business related
course preferable Marketing or Business Management.
- A diploma in Secretarial is a requirement.
- She must be fluent in written and spoken
French.
- A diploma in Business Administration /
Business Management will be an added advantage.
- She should be computer literate – able to work
with most packages.
- She should have excellent communication
skills, presentable and very organized.
- She should able to manage time well and work
under pressure and be results oriented.
- Should be good in networking in a friendly and
professional way.
- Able to work with all kinds of people and
cultures and manage them well.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about work and
life.
- Good in writing reports and Proposals.
- She should be flexible and able to manage
duties assigned to her diligently.
- She should be pleasant and able to learn
fast.
- She should be a person of high integrity and
able to multi-task.
- She should be between 30 – 43 years.
- She should have worked in a similar position
for 4 years and above and experience in the NGO will be an added
advantage.
- KNOWLEDGE IN FRENCH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN IS A
MUST.
Salary will be negotiated depending
on experience and expertise on the field.
