- A Bachelor’s degree in a Business related
field or equivalent.
- Must be highly proficient in the use of
computer applications
- Must have a minimum of 5 years working
experience in a busy office providing impeccable, competent and reliable
administrative support to the business and office of the Chief Executive
Officer as Personal Assistant.
- Must be mature, decisive and proactive.
- Must possess good oral and written
communication and inter-personal skills.
- Must be a strong team player with proven
ability to supervise subordinates.
- Must be patient and prepared to work for long
hours under pressure and unsupervised to achieve set targets.
- Personal integrity must be beyond reproach.
- Experience in procurement of office equipment
and consumables, repairs and maintenance of equipment and buildings will
be an added advantage.
