Kenya Revenue Authority is the
principal revenue collection agency for the government of the Republic of
Kenya.

Deputy Commissioner - Ethics and
Intelligence
Reporting to the Commissioner General,
the Deputy Commissioner of Ethics & Intelligence will develop and implement
strategies aimed at inculcating ethical culture amongst staff and
taxpayers.
The Deputy Commissioners’ duties will
include among others:
- Developing strategies to promote and support
ethical culture
- Developing mechanisms to collect intelligence
relating to unethical behaviour by staff and taxpayers
- Implementing strategies and mechanisms to
combat unethical behaviour
- Investigating incidences of unethical
behaviour and make recommendations for redress
- Conducting corruption risk analysis and make
necessary interventions
- Nurturing relevant stakeholder relationships
- Conducting sensitization and other educational
programs for staff and taxpayers
- Develop, manage and deploy divisional
resources including staff
Chief Manager - Stakeholder Engagement
Reporting to the Deputy Commissioner,
Marketing & Communications, the Chief Manager of Stakeholder Engagement
will develop and maintain strategic relationship with all key stakeholders including
private sector, public sector, development agencies and the civil society among
others.
The Chief Manager’s duties will include among others:
- Carrying out a stakeholder needs assessment
and continuously monitor their needs
- Seeking and pursuing opportunities for the
organisation to network across the sector
- Integrate and align external stakeholder
programs and coordinate the implementation of relevant plans
- Maintaining relations and networking with
government regulators, investors, policy makers, community stakeholders
and key decision makers
- Providing stakeholders with all the relevant
promotional literature
- Positioning the Authority with key
stakeholders and creating a positive image
