Key Responsibilities
- Positively influence the human resources,
drives the company policies.
- Help deliver a customer service oriented
culture, embedded with company ownership.
- Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate
matches between personnel.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to
foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Provide employees with information about
policies, job duties, working conditions, opportunities and employee
benefits.
- Serve as a link between management and
employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts.
- Help resolve work-related problems.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work
activities, relating to employment, compensation, labor and relations.
- Analyze training needs to design employee
development.
- Maintain records and compile statistical
reports concerning personnel-related data.
- Analyze statistical data and reports to
identify and determine causes of personnel problems.
- Develop recommendations for improvement of
organization's personnel policies and practices.
- Investigate and report on industrial accidents
for insurance carriers.
- Contract with vendors to provide employee
services, such as food service, transportation, or relocation service.
- Drive SHE issues, whilst ensuring the company
is operating within the legal framework.
- Support the Factory Manager with
administration duties.
Qualifications
- MUST have a BA degree (Human Resource
management).
- MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Highly levels of integrity and
confidentiality.
- Well developed communication skills, warm
outgoing personality and high level of self confidence.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Good team player.
- Highly energetic, innovative, creative and
self-driven.
- Flexibility.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 60,000/= Plus Benefits (Approx. 600 USD)
