Job description

  • Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
  • Assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy, at all times
  • Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the Telephone or via e-mail
  • Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy
  • Keep up to date with current promotions and hotel pricing, to provide information to Guests, on request, while maximizing bedroom sales opportunities.
Academic qualification:
  • At least certificate in front office
Experience
  • 1 year experience and above
Salary: 12,000
 
NB: accommodation provided for the first month+ joining transport from Nairobi to the resort.

Supervisor

Gender:
 Both

 Age: 35 years

Job description
  • Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain an excellent standard of customer service
  • Create a safe environment for both staff and guests to operate in.
  • Hiring of new staff
  • Orientation and training of new staff should be carried out by the candidate
  • Assign work duties of staff.
  • Daily and weekly performance evaluations should be carried out by the candidate.
  • Carry out disciplinary actions
  • ETC
Academic qualification:
  • At least diploma in hotel management
Experience
  • 1 year experience and above
