1. Procurement Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement of quality goods for the
establishment
- Preparing LPO’S
- Receiving goods from suppliers whilst ensuring
they are to the standard required through the company procedures.
- Issuing of the goods to various departments as
per their requirements and managing adequate par levels of stocks.
- Managing of orders and co-ordinations with
supplier offerings with a quality and cost focused approach.
- Reporting to operations on duties, tasks and
daily activities and co-coordinating logistics.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Qualifications
- Diploma /Degree in Purchasing and supplies or
procurement
- At least 2 year experience in the a busy
institution
- Proactive person and good character
- High integrity
2. Waiter / Waitress
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the standards of Segera setup and
service at all times.
- Maintain the upkeep and quality of all service
equipments, retreat furnitures and possessions
- Reporting to HOD on SOPS and daily tasks and
duties set
- Fulfilling the guest requirements and needs at
the same time as sharing the Segera story and background
Qualification
- Diploma/Certificate in food and Beverage
(Service)
- At least 2 Year Experience in Service and
Hospitality
- Well groomed person with an approachable
manner and engaging character.
- Basic verbal English.
3. Plumber
Qualification
- Craft certificate in plumbing (Grade Test II)
- 3 Year Experience
- A very creative and innovative person
- High integrity
4. Tour Guide
Qualification
- Must hold a bronze level certification
- A member of KPSGA
- A valid driving license
- A valid PSV
- Good communication skills with fluency in
English
- Good guest relation skills
- 2 Year Experience
5. Chef
Qualification
- Diploma/Certificate in Food Production from a
recognized institution
- A well groomed and presentable person
- 3 year Experience in a reputable Hotel
- An enthusiastic approach to international
foods with creativity and flare.
- A good knowledge of presentation both physical
and verbally.
- An interest in growing and using products on
the vicinity.
6. Carpenter
Qualification
Qualification
- Government grade test II in Carpentry and
joinery
- Creative and innovative person
- Ability to join any structural design as
directed
- At least 3 year experience in a busy working
environment
7. Housekeepers
Qualification
- Certificate in Housekeeping/Hotel management
- A well groomed and presentable person
- 1 year experience in a busy environment
- Trainable and a person who is willing to learn
- Good communication and fluency in English
