Our client is a leading specialist flooring company i.e. flooring designer and manufacturer. 

They seek to hire a finance & administration manager to review financial reports, monitor accounts, and prepare activity reports and financial forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reception and office management duties
  • Receiving and processing of customer orders
  • Managing warehouse staff
  • Liaising with Suppliers in South Africa to fulfill customer orders
  • Maintaining accounts to balance sheet in Sage Accounting
  • Managing inventory and co-ordination of quarterly inventory count
  • All payroll and HR related issues
  • Reconciling of supplier accounts and all banking
  • Dealing with customers and resolving their queries
  • Meeting all group related requirements for Leases, Insurance
  • Meeting all statutory requirements and deadlines
  • Month end and quarter end reporting within 3 days of month end
  • Any other office duties that may be required from time to time
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • CPA K holder
  • At least 5 years experience in similar experience
  • Working knowledge of various facets of finance functions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess high sense of integrity and confidentiality
