Skills and Qualifications
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize,

- Experience with forecasting, quantification,
and procurement planning;
- Experience ERP implementation is desirable
- management or related field, with proven
skills in using software programs to aide these technical tasks.
- Proven track record of developing,
implementing, and improving systems.
- Prior experience managing and growing teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intelligent and eager to learn.
- Highly organized and strong attention to
detail a must.

- Bachelor’s degree in business management /
logistics / supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with Product Delivery and Quality
Control.
- Manage the Inventory by keeping daily stock
levels in storage and online.
- Manage an accurate inventory that is
adequately recorded at all times.
- Responsible for keeping the office inventory
well managed/neat/and clean.
- Help with Daily Office and Task Management.
- Help coordinate Artisan Communication and
Payment.
- Communicate with the Artisan Management team
on re-order needs & Quality of products in stock.
- Coordinate Daily Vendor and Product Shipments.
- Preparation of monthly KPI reports
- Handle and control inventory stock counting
and accuracy checks
- Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete
stocks
- Implement control measures to ensure mistakes,
inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.
- Collaborate Sales team to ensure that they
have adequate stocks
- Controlling the movement of stocks and
ensuring that the stock system is up-to-date.
- Ensure minimum or no overstocking and
understocking
- Stock counter-check and monthly inventory
audits – you are expected to occasionally counter check the stock levels
in the various locations and ensure that the numbers match what is in the
inventory software system.
- Timely reports to management
- Ensuring goods are stored safely
- Use data from IT systems to evaluate
performance and quality and to plan improvements
- Use IT systems to manage stock levels.
- Overseeing packing of materials & tools to
site and confirming the packing list (may be the same as the Sales Order)
with the appropriate project manager.
- Making of Purchase orders– Immediately
work on a particular job begins, a purchase order for the same should be
created immediately. The PO should be closed when materials leave the
workshop.
- Manage Importing/supplies of any needed Raw
Materials.
- Accountable to Office Management and work with
management to Develop Systems for Inventory Management.
- Facilitate the finishing (EP coating, Chrome
plating and Gold plating) of soko products,
- Manage the in-house assembly team and the
assembly of component based products required for samples, online,
wholesale and bulk orders. Your duties will be as from time to time
specified by the Company.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
with an attention to detail
- Willing to work hard, learn and meet tight
schedules
