ADEC Kenya – Administrative Intern
 
ADEC Kenya Services EPZ Ltd is looking for an Intern to assist in a variant of office functions at our office in Athi river.
 
The ideal candidate will be a graduate or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably in a business field. 

He/She will report to the Human Resource Manager.

The candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Products. 


He/She will have excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication and time management skills.

Functions:
  • Provide support assistance to operations team.
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree graduate or seeking a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrated attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
