ADEC Kenya – Administrative Intern
ADEC Kenya Services EPZ Ltd is
looking for an Intern to assist in a variant of office functions at our office
in Athi river.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate
or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably in a business
field.
The candidate will be proficient in
Microsoft Office Products.
He/She will have excellent
organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication and time management
skills.
Functions:
- Provide support assistance to operations team.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide general support to visitors
- Organize and schedule meetings and
appointments
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock
to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and
expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Maintain contact lists
- Administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor degree graduate or seeking a
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication
skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated attention to accuracy and detail.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
