Administration Manager Job in Kenya - Fleet Services

Job Title: Fleet Services Administration Manager
 
Reports To: GM,  Government Lease & Network Development

For: Guidance & support on fleet business
 
Direct Reports: Account Executives, Fleet Services Coordinator

Job Purpose: To grow and service the fleet customers ensuring high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop appropriate plans and strategies to expand the customer base under fleet management
  • To liaise with legal to ensure that the fleet contracts are beneficial to the business
  • Create proposals and  conducts presentations to potential customers
  • Attend to fleet customer complaints ensuring resolution within the shortest time possible
  • Come up with relevant fleet products
  • Maintains an awareness of local market competition conditions, of user preferences and desires, of industry trends, and transmits such information promptly, with recommendations, to senior management.
  • Responsible for profitability of the fleet business.
  • Prepare timely and accurate management reports.
  • Preparation of the budget and ensure that expenses to meet budget guidelines within the department
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the fleet team

Internally:
  • Finance Team: Support on pricing
  • Service Team
  • Legal Team: Support on preparation of contracts
Externally:
  • Tshusho Capital: For financing
  • Banks: For financing
Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge Required:
  • A Bachelors degree in any business related discipline
  • Minimum of 4years experience in a similar area.
  • Strong organisational & Interpersonal skills
  • Basic Financial management skills
