Manager.
Store Decoration Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide the store promotional posters, POS and
backdrops to enhance the promotion theme.
- Ensure that the store is ready for all
promotional decorations and price posters before the daily opening.
- Discuss promotional concept designs sent by HO
to concerned Department Heads and the GM in order to find the most
appropriate ways to implement.
- Ensure that store ambiance is always
maintained and Decoration Concept of the store is respected.
- Whenever there are new ideas and designs that
you feel effective to be implemented, always ask the Head of file (HO) for
comments and approval in order to make sure that time and resources are
not wasted.
- Train the supervisor to be more responsible by
delegating some of your duties & responsibilities in order to prepare
him for next level.
- Coordinate with the HR & Admin. Department
for the layout design & contents of the store magazine and other
publications.
- Prepare the yearly budget of material for the
Decoration Department and discuss with Finance Dept. and GM
- Provide training for the team and co-ordinate
with Head office for support.
- Schedule weekly meeting with the team and send
minutes of the meeting to HO for review, suggestions and needed support.
Qualifications:
- Three years’ experience in similar field as a
manager
- Fluency in English is obligatory;
- Effective communication skills.
- Dynamic, efficient and professional.
- Working under pressure.
- Knowledge of using Adobe program &
Graphics
CCO Manager
Location: Kenya

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth passage of customers in cash
registers and the quality of service offered.
- Motivate the CCO team; puts expertise to the
service of his/her colleagues.
- Collect and transmit the customers information
to the General Manager of the store
- Determine and follow the performances of the
team’s productivity and profitability
- Identify the potential staff and propose their
career development plan
- Ensure the smooth transition of cash deposit
to the bank
- Ensure compliance to CCO policies and
procedures
- Respect Key Insurance Policy
- Ensure the implementation of Carrefour values
in CCO Department
- Training program for cashiers and trolley boys
- Ensure the implementation of customer
welcoming approach process
- Review of internal and external audit gaps
affecting areas of responsibility and proposing remedial plans e.g assist
in LSF plans remediation for gaps in Marketing Budget and Overhead costs
- Liaising directly with sales analyst on
analysis of commercial plans including tracking of ROI on promotions etc.
- Liaising with marketing including analysis on
marketing initiatives
- Price list integrity in ERP
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years in FMCG or Retail
Sales, with experience in the following:
- Safe Handling
- Margins
- Procedural execution
- Team Management
- Bilingual – Arabic and English.
Knowledge:
Customer and Personal Service
- Knowledge of principles and processes for
providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs
assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of
customer satisfaction.
Administration and Management
- Knowledge of business and management
principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human
resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods and
coordination of people and resources.
Education and Training
- Knowledge of principles and methods for
curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals
and groups and the measurement of training effects.
Personnel and Human Resources
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for
personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits,
labor relations and negotiation and personnel information systems.
