Vacancy: Secretary

Job Description
  • Scheduling and attending meetings,
  • creating agendas and taking minutes –
  • shorthand may be required;
Typical Work Activities:
  • Word processing;
  • Prepares reports by collecting information.
  • Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Audio and copy typing;
  • Letter writing;
  • Dealing with telephone and email inquiries;
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems;
  • Keeping diaries and arranging appointments;
  • Organizing travel for staff. 
Minimum Requirement
  • Diploma in relevant field
  • Good typing skills and Computer literacy especially in office applications.
  • Be flexible, self-starter and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills with friendly and professional telephone manner.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience 
  • Fluency in English
