Title: Public Relations Officer 

Purpose:
 To create Brand Awareness through Media and Online Platforms

Place of Duty:
 Securex Head Office 

Responsibilities:
  • Create & maintain a database of journalists, editors and key media personalities.
  • Draft press releases and follow up with editors
  • Monitor all Social Media Accounts.
  • Create content for social media accounts.
  • Liaise with the Customer service team to resolve complaints and queries received on online platforms and ensure they are followed and closed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the company website and to include a weekly blogpost.
  • Draft of a quarterly newsletter.
  • Draft of official speeches and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of events & sales drives.
Reporting To: Marketing and Communications Manager

Competencies and Skills
  • Degree in Public Relations or a marketing related course
  • 2 years’ experience in the public relations field
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, lively and very presentable
  • Knowledge in web design, photoshop, InDesign (added advantage)
  • Member of MSK/ PRSK (added advantage)

Title: Sales Executive 

Purpose:
 Expansion of Market Share, Improvement and Maintenance of Company Image.

Place of Duty:
 Securex Head Office 

Responsibilities:
  • To source for new guarding and electronic systems clients as per the monthly targets.
  • To source for extra business from existing clients as per the monthly targets.
  • To conduct security surveys for new and existing clients and prepare and deliver to the client the survey reports within the stipulated timeframe.
  • To prepare appropriate quotations and deliver to the clients with stipulated timeframe.
  • To follow-up on all quotations and given and submit weekly reports.
  • Communicate to concerned departments of confirmed/ongoing jobs within reasonable timeframe.
  • Analyze business proposal responses and prepare weekly reports.
  • Ensure that service contracts are signed before commencement of the service.
  • Collection of all relevant fees from the client as per the contract terms.
  • Attend to client complains and advice on relevant remedies.
  • Carry out regular visits to clients to monitor Customer Satisfaction.
  • Undertake customer opinion surveys in respect to sales.
  • Organize sales exhibitions and promotions.
Reporting To: Senior Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Competencies and Skills
  • Well Conversant with Microsoft Office in addition to a diploma in sales
  • On Job Experience /trade apprenticeships as value add
  • Good Communication Skill with pleasant personality
  • Positive Attitude with sense of responsibility
  • Self-Confident but a team player who will always ensure the job is done
  • Customer Focused & Innovative
