Field Manager Job in Nairobi

Duma Works is recruiting a Field Manager for one of our clients. 

Our client is an innovative young company that is changing the waste management and recycling space in Nairobi and beyond. 

The company is currently scaling up its operations and is looking to recruit a field manager for its waste collection operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing of field waste collection operations
  • Ensuring timely collection of waste from clients’
  • Spending time on trucks and at the clients’ premises
  • Identifying shorter routes and avoiding traffic
  • Coming up with ideas how the client can save time spent at each plot
  • Managing on-site waste separators
  • Managing relationships with caretakers and building managers
  • Reporting to the Operations Manager
Qualification and Background
  • Late 20s or older
  • Having managed 10+ people in previous jobs
  • Background in hands-on industry (agriculture, manufacturing, …)
  • Good computer skills
Skills and Competencies
  • Friendly but tough in managing employees
  • Strong in recording
  • Problem solver
  • Very disciplined
  • Honesty and integrity
Location: Nairobi

Job Type: Full time

Starting Salary: 20,000 KES + Potential Bonus
