Salary: 30k

Responsibilities
  • Good communication skills / eloquent
  • Good Customer care relations
  • One who can work under pressure and can multi task
  • At least Diploma in IT or IMIS because she will be dealing with IT related issues.
  • A lady preferred
Duties and Responsibilities are as stipulated below.

Your primary responsibilities will be:-
  • Respond to client’s requests for assistance
  • Interact with clients seeking to find out how they are doing, if their issues have already been resolved etc
  • Follow Helpdesk procedure
  • Log all Helpdesk interactions with clients
  • Administer Helpdesk software
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource
  • Identify and Escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Prepare activity reports
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
  • Communicate and coordinate with Internal departments
  • Administrative responsibilities.
Receptionist

Salary: 40k

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Receives phones communication
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Maintains reception desk.
  • Handles petty cash occasionally
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in any business  course
  • 1 Year
  • Customer care
