A Fast growing SACCO with 6 Branches and several outlets is seeking to employ for the positions mentioned below. 

Suitable candidates must meet the following qualifications :-
 

Branch Manager
 
Minimum Job Specifications
  • Bachelors’ degree in Business Related Field from a recognized university
  • CPA II/ACCA or equivalent
  • 3 years experience in a similar position or equivalent
  • Age : 28 – 35 Years.

Key Competencies, Skills / Attributes
  • Must have Accountancy, Strategic Management, Leadership, Marketing, Managerial, Analytical, Communication, Interpersonal relations, Marketing and Report writing Skills,
  • S/He should be proficient in MS office, be a team player and have thorough understanding of SACCO policies and procedures and maintain high integrity standards,
  • Must have ability to operate and interpret Financial Management Applications being used in the SACCO.
Internal Audit Manager
 
Minimum Job Specifications
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration (preferably BCOM) from a recognized Institution.
  • CPA (K) or equivalent.
  • Must be registered with ICPAK.
  • 3 years Experience in Audit or a comparable position.
  • Age : 28 – 35 Years.
Key Competencies, Skills/ Attributes
  • Must have accounting, auditing, strategic management, leadership, managerial, analytical, marketing, report writing and communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Ms. Office applications.
  • Must have ability to operate and interpret the Financial Management Applications used in the SACCO and maintain high integrity standards.
