Our client a property company in the business of selling prime land is in the process of reaching out to deserving Kenyans to own a piece of land .

This has necessitated the need to urgently hire sales administrator whose details are described below.

Vacant Position: Sales Administrator


Reporting: General manager

Liaison: Finance & Administration

Job Summary:
 The incumbent of this position shall be the coordinator of all sales documentation, customer document handling, employee sales progress reports, documents on title processing, customer enquiries and feedback. 
 

Principle duties and responsibility
  • Responsible for tracking all the sold plots, booked plots and any pending offers in the products
  • Produce graphic representation of sales data for sales trend monitoring
  • Maintain and update the clients records for all the products of the company
  • Compile sales data and payment status from individual sales consultants
  • Receive progress report of title processing from the processing department and synchronise with other clients’ information
  • Receive all customer/sales enquiries on phone or emails and provide informed feedback
  • Write letters on behalf of the company to other offices
  • Receive and make calls and emails in and out of the office
  • Responsible for organizing all the deliveries, receive and dispatch incoming or outgoing parcels
  • Filling of correspondence into respective files and opening of new files
  • Take minutes of every sales meeting held and circulate
  • Any other duties as may be prescribed from time to time by your supervisor

Qualification, Competences Required
  • A holder of a business related course
  • Should have at least two year experience in administration and customer service
  • Must have good communication and analytical skills
  • Must be pleasant and with good public relations
  • Patient, polite, friendly and passionate about work
  • Ability to multi-task
