Laboratory Services in Charge
Reporting to the Hospital Manager and
with matrix reporting to the Laboratory Services Manager, this position is
responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the Laboratory team
within the hospital unit.
The job holder will superintend the
branch laboratory.
In addition, he/she will ensure high
quality and continuity of services rendered, stock control and excellent
customer service.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences and must have held a valid license with
the KMLTTB for a minimum of 5 years.
The position requires active
knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer Service.
The successful candidate must have a
minimum of 6 years cumulative experience in a busy hospital environment with 1
to 3 years supervisory experience.
Pharmacy Services in Charge
Reporting to the Hospital Manager,
with matrix reporting to the Pharmacy Services Manager, this position is
responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the Pharmacy team within
the hospital.
The job holder will superintend the
branch pharmacy.
In addition, he/she will ensure
availability of the products and continuity of services rendered as per the
approved formulary, stock control and superior customer service.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology and must have a valid license with the
KPPB.
The position requires active
knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer service.
The successful candidate must have a
minimum of 6 years cumulative experience in a busy hospital environment with 1
to 3 years’ experience in a similar position leading a team of pharmacy staff.
Stores in Charge
(1 Position)
Reporting to the Procurement and Logistics Manager this position is responsible for planning and coordinating stock management within the store and ensuring efficient delivery of items to users.
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Procurement and Supplies.
Possession of a Diploma in
pharmaceutical technology or working experience in a pharmaceutical store will
be a distinct advantage.
The successful candidate must have 1
to 3 years supervisory experience in a busy environment.
