Job Summary: Reporting
to the Chief Executive Officer, the Procurement Officer will head the
department and play a critical role in the day to day operations and execution
of the Procurement strategies to enable the department deliver on set
objectives.

- Develop and implement Procurement policies and
procedures in line with Procurement laws and regulations;
- Ensure user departments adhere to procurement
plans in line with budgets;
- Carry market surveys, monitor and evaluate
performance of the supply chain function;
- Ensure sound partnerships with suppliers,
clients and relevant government agencies;
- Ensure timely, efficient and effective
procurement of goods, services and works, while strictly adhering to the
procurement policy;
- Prepare requisitions for quotations or tenders
to pre-qualified suppliers for the Board.
- Process applications and prepare corporation
tender committee papers;
- Establish in liaison with the relevant
departments and end-users, quality specifications of goods and services
required by the Board;
- Carry out designated checks on quality and
security aspects of procurement;
- Review the supply chain to ensure it is
efficient and effective
- Manage the annual supplier pre-qualification
exercise;
- Manage the disposal of obsolete and disposable
items.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree Supply Chain Management or
equivalent from a recognized university,
- Diploma in Procurement and Supplies

- At least three (3) years relevant experience
in similar position in a busy Organization,
- Member of Kenya Institute of Supplies
Management (KISM).

standards and procedures in line with Board objectives;
- Plan and manage the acquisition, upgrading, repair
and/or replacement and maintenance of computer systems, electronic
equipment and peripherals
- Initiate, plan, manage specific
computerization projects and technological innovations
- Prepare technical specifications to be used in
the procurement of computer products and services;
- Develop and implement procedures for disaster
management plan to ensure high level systems resilience and security;
- Ensure that inventory of all computing
equipment, software and hardware ICT documentation are properly maintained
- Management of the website, Internet and Local
Area Network.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or
Information Technology, or the equivalent,
- At least three (3) years relevant experience
in information technology systems,
- Be fully qualified with A+ and N+ Knowledge,
Conversant with LAN, and WAN/VSAT systems CCNA,
- Membership to a ICT related professional body.
Key Competencies:

Job Summary: Reporting
to the Director Marketing, the National Branding Manager will be responsible
for managing the key pillars of the Kenya country brand namely; citizens,
culture, tourism, public service and counties.
The position holder will advise the
Board on how it can leverage on public goodwill to enhance the attractiveness
of Kenya as a choice destination for trade, tourism and FDI and build a
positive country brand image.
The job holder will be required to work closely with both communications and international branding units to implement Kenya's Brand Master plan to harness and sustain a Kenyan Brand identify that will distinguish Kenyan products, goods, services and concepts locally and in the international market.

- Co-ordinate various marketing initiatives for
Kenya in partnership with government agencies, the private sector and key
stakeholders in areas of investment, tourism, culture, national heritage,
sports, commerce, and diplomacy, among others;
- Develop, review and implement guidelines to
drive brand consistency across counties and the entire public service;
- Develop and implement a corporate national
brand strategy for positioning the Kenya Brand in the marketplace;
- Promote a collective National identity in
order to enhance National Pride, Patriotism, and Social Cohesion;
- Constantly monitor and analyze stakeholder
needs and identify the medium for reaching market segments in line with
the Board's strategic plan;
- Support the interface between the various
departments in order to enhance internal efficiency;
- Continually monitor competing brands including
identification of risks and opportunities and advise the Board for
necessary action;
- Contribute to positive development of Kenya's
Brand image nationally by addressing relevant target groups, including the
youth, through most effective platforms.
- Generate and post positive content on Kenya
the Board's website to drive national perceptions;
- Ensure the Board's brand guidelines are upheld
during national events
- Production of advertisements and other
promotional programmes to improve brand identity and visibility in the
designated markets;

Job Summary: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the
Finance Manager will advise the Board and management on all finance matters and
ensure prudent financial management and accounting practice is achieved in line
with international standards and Board's finance policies and government
regulations.

- Establish sound financial policies, systems
and procedures in compliance with statutory regulations;
- Ensure that all financial resources of the
Board are effectively and efficiently managed by designing and
implementing internal control procedures;
- Participate in the preparation of the Board's
strategic (Operational) plans and forecasts, succession planning, cash
flow projections and computation of expense ratios, and advise the Board
accordingly;
- Coordinate the budgeting process, monitor cash
flow and oversee the Board's financial performance against the budget and
operational goals;
- Develop, maintain and monitor grants
accounting systems and procedures and capturing all pledges, billings and
receipts;
- Identify and manage financial risks and manage
audit process;
- Coordinate the annual audits (both systems
& book audits) in compliance with International Accounting Standards;
- Manage day to day accounting processes,
reconciling monthly activity and generating end-year reports;
- 9. Maintain liaison with relevant Government
departments for necessary consultation on financial matters to ensure the
Board's compliance with statutory requirements;
- Guide and supervise staff performance in the
department to foster discipline, motivation and team spirit;
- Ensure that Board's assets and financial
resources are safeguarded from loss through fraud and error by maintaining
adequate internal system controls.

Minimum Qualifications:

Management (Accounting/Finance option).
- Holder of CPA (K) or equivalent
- Seven (7) years progressive experience in
Finance Management
- An MBA in Finance or equivalent from a
