- Planning and implementing promotional
campaigns.
- Maintain effective internal communications to
ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing
objectives.
- Conduct Marketing Research and Survey
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of
marketing communications
Job Specification:
- A Bachelors Degree in Marketing Management or
equivalent
- 3 years work experience in
marketing/advertising/public relations
- Proven expertise in developing and
implementing marketing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
- Ability to design, edit and proofread to
produce quality marketing materials.
- Good report-writing skills with the ability to
compose creative, concise directed copy, which is both informative and
accurate.
- Ability to interpret trends, define problems,
conceptualize solutions and convert to practical applications.
- Proven ability to make presentations to small
and large groups.

- A Bachelors Degree in Business
Administration/Economics/Finance/Accounting or the equivalent
- Certified Internal Quality Auditor by KEBS
- Strong Data Analysis capability using both MS
Excel and other Database Statistical Software
- Ability to interpret trends, define problems,

- At least 6 years relevant experience; 3 of
which must be at the Strategic Planning and Monitoring, Performance
Contracting and the Coordination of the Quality Management System

- Marketing of Consultancy Projects and Training
Programs.
- Monitoring the progress of all contracted
Consultancy Projects and training assignments.
- Implementing of Business and Marketing Plans.
- Monitoring compliance with Statutory and
Contractual obligations as set out in MOUs and Contracts.
- Managing the performance of staff in the
consultancy unit.
- Management of Client Relationships.
- Liaising with project stakeholders on an
ongoing basis.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the
Chief Manager, Consultancy & Partnerships.
Job Specification:
- Must possess a Bachelor`s Degree preferably
in Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts, Engineering, Finance,
Economics, Project Management or equivalent
- At least six (6) years hands on experience
in consultancy assignments
- Proven expertise in proposal writing/research
- Ability to develop budgets and work plans
- Familiarity with Government and Development
partners proposal guidelines
- Extensive computer and analytical skills
- Possess good communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Qualification in monitoring and evaluation is
an added advantage
- Masters Degree is an added advantage.
