Vacancy: Quality Control Analyst

The successful applicant should meet the following qualifications:
  • Must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Analytical Chemistry OR
  • Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry.
  • At least 1 year work experience in the same position in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
  • Aged 25-30 years.
  • A person of unquestionable integrity.

Key Competencies
 
The successful candidate should possess the following competencies:
  • Operation and calibration of machines used in quality control department
  • Good laboratory practice
  • Preparation of standard analytical procedure
  • Preparation of standard operating procedure.
  • Knowledge in stability studies
  • Knowledge in analytical method validation/process validation and cleaning validation
  • Knowledge in HPLC is an added advantage.

Vacancy: Validation Officer

Key Competencies
 
The successful candidate should possess the following competencies:
  • Monitoring of process validation activity with preparation of protocol and report.
  • Monitoring cleaning validation activity with preparation of protocol and report.
  • Review the Qualification document of equipment and facility.
  • Review of vendor questionnaires.
  • Review of instrument and equipment calibration.
  • Review and monitoring of
  • Revalidation of process and requalification of equipment/instrument
  • Review of preventive maintenance schedule

  • Must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry OR
  • Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Chemistry.
  • At least 1 year work experience in the same position in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
  • Aged 25-30 years.
  • A person of unquestionable integrity.
  • The successful candidate should possess the following competencies:
  • Should have knowledge of cGMP and GDP.
  • Should have knowledge of SOPs Preparation, raw material and packing material dispensing activities.
  • Should have knowledge of IPQC, Shop floor activities like granules sampling, bulk product sampling, IPQA during compression, encapsulation, Primary and secondary packing, collection of FP retain sample as per define frequency.
  • Review of log books and BMR, BPCR.
  • Review of Production records.
