Investigations
Manager
The
Principle purpose of the job shall be to:
- Create
and maintain networks with the relevant stakeholders in the security
sector across the country to support private – public partnership and
enhance KK visibility as a significant security provider
- Carry
out site security surveys and investigations into incidences within KK and
client premises.
- Work
in conjunction with the internal resources and the relevant authorities to
ensure that investigations and prosecutions are carried out in a
professional and timely manner.
- Support
in conducting stakeholders’ background checks and in designing processes
to limit exposure to fraud.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- University
degree in social sciences
- Post
graduate qualifications in Security Management
- At
least 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles
- Excellent
ICT, communication and interpersonal skills
IT Network Administrator
The Systems Administrator (SA) shall
be responsible for effective provision, installation / configuration,
operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related
infrastructure.
The individual will assist project
teams with technical issues in all project stages, from inception and planning
through to post delivery and troubleshooting including definition of needs,
benefits, and technical strategy; research & development within the project
life-cycle; technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in
executing, testing and rolling-out solutions.
The individual shall be accountable
for; Microsoft Server 2008~2015, Virtualization Technologies, Network
Technologies, hardware (including servers and storage), and any other
technologies as required.
Responsibilities on these systems
include SA engineering and provisioning, operations and support, maintenance
and research and development to ensure continual innovation.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- MCSE certified.
- Systems Administration/System Engineer
experience in Linux, Navision (MIS), CRM, Networking and
firewall/cryptography.
- Virtualization software experience (VMware)
- Hardware (Dell servers, storage, Cisco and
other components such as Load Balancers)
- Five years+ system administration experience
as a minimum.
- Experience in effective management of helpdesk
technicians.
- Self-starter capable of looking at new areas
and taking responsibility for the development of skills that the business
requires.
Group IT Manager
The role requires a good
understanding of business processes, along with a good level of commercial
awareness – the ability to see the bigger picture.
The candidate will be responsible for
the delivery of IT prioritised project(s) from requirements analysis through to
project delivery and handover to administrators/IT team members.
The position will require analysis
and engagement throughout the business structures, and working closely with IT
teams and assist in the definition and development of tools appropriate to
business needs.
Work on concurrent, cross-functional
projects, where applicable. With responsibility for direct reporting, duties
will also include the ownership, maintenance and development of central
management/ mission critical systems and the ownership, development and
documentation of policies and production of processes with a focus on the alignment
and continued compliance of business functions with various industry standards
and best practices.
In addition to provide necessary
project/business case proposals to various senior management/board members.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant Experience
at corporate institutions at similar roles
- Relevant University Degree and/or Business
experience.
- Possess strong knowledge in IT Infrastructure
& Telecommunication with good people management skills to work along
with internal & external teams including the ability to communication
at all business levels.
- Be technically-minded to aid in management
decisions on the technical aspect of the business with a background
preferably in the security sector.
- Strong understanding of general network
technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Proxy, SSL, PKI etc), in addition to
knowledge on various network security technologies e.g. Firewall, Web
Filtering, Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing etc.
- Recent desirable Sys Admin/Sys Engineer
interaction with Linux, Navision (MIS), CRM, Networking and
firewall/cryptography, Virtualization (VMware) & Hardware (Dell
servers, storage, Cisco and other components such as Load Balancers).
- Ability to manage time effectively to achieve
the defined tasks within the deadlines set by the business.
- Experience in managing Operations, performance
reviews, team building and training.
- Confidence to question and challenge
decisions.
- Experience in working with international
clients while managing service delivery, experience on transitions.
- Motivated through the delivery of a quality
service.
