Our client is one of the leading distributors of coffee. 

They seek to hire an Administrative Assistant to be responsible for general office administration duties.

Job Responsibilities
  • Open and close the office
  • Be present at the reception desk and operate switchboard
  • Welcomes visitors and handle all inquires
  • Ensure office phones and internet are functioning
  • Answer and make telephone calls as necessary
  • Arrange official travels and make ticket booking for employees
  • Manage the office cleanness
  • Arrange necessary office supplies and inform senior management of requirement
  • Make hotel and airport pick up arrangement for visitors
  • Daily check of newspaper and inform MD of any article related to product at hand
  • Arrange sample dispatch and other couriers
  • Assist in general office administration
  • Create and maintain proper filing record
  • Perform other duties assigned as necessary
Job Requirements
  • At least 3 years work experience in a similar position
  • Diploma in Office Admin or other relevant field
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Knowledge to operate PBX phone
  • Ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing
  • Team player
