Manager - Enterprise Risk Management
1 Position
Position Scope: Reporting to the Group Head of Risk Assurance & Compliance, the successful candidate will be responsible for continual development, implementation and delivery of enterprise risk management services for our subsidiaries and managed companies to ensure improvement of governance, risk and control systems.

- Determining and quantifying the strategic and
operational risk appetite across the KTDA Group in conjunction with the various
departmental / division heads;
- Leading the implementation of integrated risk
management strategy and policies in the various subsidiary and managed
companies ;
- Co-coordinating Business continuity programs
and compliance standards;
- Leading risk assessment, awareness and
evaluation activities and identification of risks affecting the business
including classification;
- Maintaining the group’s risk register and
ensuring regular reporting, tracking and mitigation measures are in place;
- Developing and overseeing implementation of
consistent integrated metrics and periodic management information system
reports for key risk indicators;
- Keeping abreast with new initiatives and
advising on risk management impacts and mitigations required;
- Developing and implementing initiatives that
build a culture of risk orientation within the KTDA Group; and
- Preparing reports on the status of risks for
the senior management and various subsidiary board committees
Qualifications / Experience
The ideal candidate must possess the
following qualifications and experience;
- Bachelors degree in business,
Finance/Accounting, Economics, Actuarial sciences, risk management or
related fields
- A Master's degree in either Business,
Enterprise Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration or Economics,
or Strategic Management or related field is an added advantage,
- Have at least seven (7) years' experience in
auditing or risk management, three (3) of which must be at supervisory or
management level.
Enterprise Risk Management Coordinator
and Analyst
1 Position
Position Scope: Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Risk Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and documenting the risks associated with our various company business operations as well as monitoring the effectiveness of risk management processes and implementing needed changes.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in preparing regular (quarterly)
reports on status of risks including new risks
- Creating risk awareness programs within
various cadres of employees, risk champions and management
- Assisting in updating the risk management
framework
- Continuously researching the risk environment
(internal and external) to ensure proactive programs for managing risks
are in place
- Undertaking risk ratings reviews and scenario
planning
- Keeping an updated company-wide inventory of
risk registers and process risk champions
- Establishing and monitoring key risk
indicators
- Analyzing transactions, internal reports and
financial information for potential risks
- Advising on policies, procedures and control
self assessment tools in response to identified risks
- Providing training and technical support to
management and employees regarding risk management strategies and programs
Qualifications / Experience
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications and experience;

- Degree in either Business, Enterprise Risk
Management, Finance/Accounting or Economics, Statistics, Strategic
Management, Engineering or related field,
- Four (4) years' experience in auditing or risk
management with hands-on experience in risk assessment.
Building Caretaker
2 Positions
Position Scope: Reporting to the Property Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day building operations, rental collection, maintenance and on site supervision of work undertaken at the assigned buildings
Key Responsibilities
Position Scope: Reporting to the Property Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day building operations, rental collection, maintenance and on site supervision of work undertaken at the assigned buildings
Key Responsibilities
- Collection of monthly rent from the tenants.
- Daily walk through and check of the buildings.
- Daily checks of all building service systems
including but not limited to pumps, motors, lifts, ventilation, air
conditioning, electrical, mechanical and generators and completion of
requisite inspection reports
- Weekly generator inspection and diesel fuel
level checks and completion of the requisite inspection reports and logs.
- Fortnightly generator testing in conjunction
with the generator service company and recording of all test results
- Undertaking and completing minor repairs /
replacements, including light bulbs, leaking taps and minor furniture /
hardware repairs
- Daily checking of all lifts for cleanliness
and proper functioning and immediately having the requisite lift
technicians attend to any lift problems or lift shut down.
- Daily checking of all lifts within building
for bumpy rides, door operation problems and any other operational
problems.
- Preventative maintenance programme activities.
- Co-ordinating maintenance technicians’ tasks
in the assigned buildings, supervising the tasks and confirming completion
of the tasks.
- Ensuring that all contractors in the buildings
have authorisation to work and are following the KTDA Building Operation
Guide and General Terms and Conditions.
- Providing assistance to contractors and
overseeing their work in the assigned buildings.
- Ensuring that the security and cleaning staff
are undertaking their duties and assisting / giving directions where
required.
- Attending to tenant co-ordination and
providing assistance as required.
- Meeting with tenants where any issues arise
and advising the Property Manager of any concerns.
- Attending to building emergencies.
- Attending fortnightly security and cleaning
meetings and any other meetings as directed.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience
The ideal candidate must possess the
following qualifications and competencies:-
- Diploma in Building Management, Electrical
Engineering and Real Estate.
- Five (5) years experience as a building
caretaker, or supervisor in a larger commercial and residential
- Should have good knowledge of maintenance
standards in building management services
