We are looking for result oriented, dynamic, competent, self-motivated and qualified hospitality professionals to fill in the following positions:

HR Officer

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implement and Update HR policies, procedures and programs
  • Manage employee Performance and follow up on the outcomes
  • Manage benefits and compensation including pension
  • Work with line managers to implement retention strategies
  • Ensure statutory compliance of all applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements by the hotel
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection process
  • Plan and Coordinate all training, refresher courses and development plans as well as induction of new staff
  • Deal with grievances and disciplinary issues
  • Manage unionized employees and ensure adherence to the collective bargaining agreement(CBA)
  • Ensure complete understanding of the company practices and knowledge of external industry best practice with focus on continuous improvement
Qualifications, Skills and Competence
  • Degree from a recognized university. Masters degree will be an added advantage
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relations
  • Must be a member of a relevant professional body
  • Must be computer literate
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to effectively evaluate current HR practices and procedures and make recommendations for changes.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable.
  • Knowledge of labor laws
Cashiers

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Receive and disburse funds
  • Conduct cash reconciliation and daily banking of takings
  • Maintenance of petty cash
  • Carry out monthly creditors reconciliation
  • Daily posting and balancing of debtors ledger
  • Reconciliation of creditors ledger with creditors control Account
Qualification, Skills and Competence
  • Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration/Management
  • Professional qualification of at least CPA 1
  • 2 years of accounting work experience in hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Must be computer literate
Housekeeping Stewards

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare the hotel room's bed for the guest.
  • Attendants must scrub the toilet, wash the shower/bathtub, scrub the floor and tidy the counter and the sink
  • Ensures the guest room is clean and tidy, ready for a new guest
  • Check the inventory of products in each room, such as toilet paper, shampoo and soap, and replace these items as necessary.
Qualification, Skills and Competence
  • Certificate in Housekeeping from a recognized institution
  • 2 years’ experience in housekeeping operations
  • Passionate and attention to detail
  • Reliable and honest
