Assistant SPA Manageress (ladies)

Requirements

• Must have worked or be working for  a five star hotel for not less than five years in the similar position for Spa manageress.
• Must have a degree or a diploma from hospitality related field.
• Must have supervised, trained, recruited, and Managed people in the Spa.
• Must be between ages 32 and above.
• Must be having ready passport for travelling in and out of the country to manage our client properties abroad also if need be.
• Must have excellent communication skills, good customer care skills, managerial skills etc.
• Must have reported to the General manager of the current or previous 5 star hotel.
• must have excellent report writing skills.

Outlet managers (men)

Requirements

• Must have at least 2-years of  experience in five star hotel.
• Must have ready passport.
• Must have been in charge of personnel management, food and beverage and other hotel operations.
• Must have been able to monitor smooth running of customer services areas and customer satisfaction.
• Must have been able to account for all the finances in his department.
• Must have been able to handle customer complains.
• Must have been able to ensure goals and targets have been met by his department.
• Must have been able to avoid excess  and detect waste for optimum profit without affecting the company’s performance.
• Must have a diploma or degree in the the hospitality related field.
• Must be between ages 29-40 years.

Bartenders (men)

Requirements.

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a bartender

Salary: 69,000 ksh per month.

Housekeepers (both men and women)

Salary 30,000ksh.

Duties

• Ensure that all kitchen appliances such as cooking ranges, dishwashers and microwaves are cleaned and maintained perfectly.
• Prepare food for the family.
• Wash and dry dishes and make sure that they are put away in designated cupboards.
• Wash and iron clothes in accordance to specific instructions provided by homeowner.
• Change linen and make beds on a daily basis along with tidying up bedrooms and living rooms.
• Looking after the children.

Bellman (men) 

Salary 40,000ksh.

Duties

• Welcoming the guest to the hotel by greeting them in a friendly manner.
• Assisting incoming guest with the luggage to their room. 
• Loading and unloading luggage from the vehicle for the incoming and outgoing guest.
• Assisting guest by attempting to honor special request for special accommodations  and presents options when those request cannot be meet.
• Receiving and replying mails to the guests as per request.
• Escorting guest to their room.
• Assisting the guest to the limousine and bid farewell.
• Making sure the operation runs smooth and all the valet personnel are in place and ready to assist the guest.
• Giving right information about the bus schedule and other services that we offer in the hotel transportation.

Requirements

• Must be ready to travel in and out of the country for exchange programme, learning experiences,cross training and orientation.
• Must have diploma or certificates in hospitality.
• Must be between ages 25-35 years.

Stewards

Salary: 30,000 ksh.

Duties

• Checks the assigned duty from the roster.
• Prepares all the necessary cleaning supplies and materials before handling any task.
• Checks if washing area and pot wash machine are clean and ready for use.
• Washes and sanitizes all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots and other F&B Operating Equipment and ensure that their cleanliness is standard.
• Clean steam broilers, tilting pans, potato peeler machine, onion cutting machine, dough kneader, buffalo machine and work tables whenever necessary.
• Cleans, organize and maintain the F & B preparation areas and dry shelves.
• Removes trash from dish room and places in dumpster. Cleans and sanitizes garbage cans and keeps clean liners in cans at all times.
• Cleans and keeps neat dish room are including detergent storage area and belt line from the dining area.
• Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene in the area(HACCP)standards
• Reports any fault found in any machine to the supervisor for proper action.
• Reports any work order to be done to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper uniform at all times.
• Maintain proper usage of chemicals.
• Maintain safety regulations and standards
• Perform other assigned duties that contribute to the Company's mission and objectives.
