Our client Ltd is currently seeking
full-time Customer Relationship Manager,
to help create and retain customer loyalty.
Our company is the leading
Construction portal in Kenya with an expansive number of Construction listings,
agents and developers.
Job Responsibility includes:
- Develop and maintain excellent understanding
of the full suite of Truman Africa Ltd’s products and services
- Identify opportunities to grow revenues from
new and existing clients by identifying new sales channels.
- Develop and maintain a strong awareness of
industry trends, competitors and 3 rd party technologies
- Manage customer needs and generate sales leads
through more personalized service and use of our products
- Developing relationship strategies and
programs that produce business value and favorable customer experiences
- Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend
approaches Truman Africa Ltd can implement to better serve their customers
Applicant Requirements:
- Problem solving mentality, analytical skills,
highly organized and superior attention to detail. Responsible,
self-motivated, driven and professional. Friendly, out-going personality
- Thorough understanding of the construction
industry landscape and use of different technologies.
- Prior experience managing relationships with
clients, dealing with technical contacts would be a bonus – essential to
manage client expectations
- Excellent communication, proven
presentation/demonstration and client interaction skills
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree in
business administration or a related field, such as finance, construction.
- Several years of account and business
relationship management experience; customer service or sales experience
is useful
- Computer literacy and proficiency with office
applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
