Order and Inventory Analyst
 
Reporting to the Sales Distribution Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:-
 
Sales Operations
·                     Vehicle allocation to dealers, direct sales and export.
·                     Orders logging and fulfilment
·                     Body building forecast and allocations.
·                     Managing our vehicle registration supplier to achieve set KPI’s and reconciliation of invoices.
·                     Monthly cyclic count planning and management.
·                     Running SAP reports and sharing production status.
·                     Ensuring compliance with Internal controls.

Inventory Management
·                     Inventory binning / warehousing management.
·                     Preparation of reports-Inventory aging tracking, available/Invoiced/sales orders, body building dispatch and received units.
·                     Duty payment.
For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements:-
·                     A Bachelors degree in business, statistics, management, finance or a sales related field.
·                     A minimum of B+ in KCSE.
·                     5 years work experience in a similar position.
·                     Experience in managing inventory and business analysis experience including implementation, tracking and reporting.
·                     Drive processes with numerous interdependencies, planning & organisational skills.

Production Supervisor
 
Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:-
·                     Preparing and meeting production schedules effectively and efficiently.
·                     Resourcing and leading production teams.
·                     Manufacturing cost control.
·                     Meet quality targets through adherence to established methods and work standards.
·                     Preparation and maintenance of production score cards.
·                     Initiate and support continuous improvement programs.
·                     Maintain workplace organization, health, safety and environmental standards.
·                     Performance monitoring and management reports.
·                     Shop floor labour relations management.
For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements:-
·                     Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production or Automotive).
·                     At least five (5) years working experience in manufacturing environment.
·                     Good communication, planning, problem solving, organization skills and results oriented.

Workshop Manager
 
Reporting to the General Manager, Aftersales the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:-
·                     Monitor and review Service Workshop processes to enhance productivity, improve customer satisfaction and achieve Business plan targets.
·                     Resourcing and leading Service Workshop teams
·                     Motivate a team of service advisors, technicians and team leaders to achieve corporate customer experience objective through visionary and innovative leadership.
·                     Develop and maintain effective management and internal control procedures in the workshop.
·                     Support company marketing programs like new vehicle launches, service clinics and extended service plans.
·                     Participate in resolution of problems affecting service workshop business and customer complaints.
·                     Administer corporate and company policy, ensure compliance with labour agreements and maintain effective labour relations.
·                     Promote Health & Safety in the workshop to achieve set objectives for the department and company wide.
·                     Control workshop process materials inventory by ensuring proper ordering practices.
·                     Preparation and submission of vehicle repair & maintenance bids in response to tenders.
For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements:-
·                     Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Production/Automotive Engineering or any other related field.
·                     Minimum Seven years working experience, three of which must be in managerial or senior supervisory position.
·                     Ability to drive processes with numerous interdependencies.
·                     Problem Solving, customer focus, communication & planning skills.
·                     Drive for results.
