Manage front office.

Offer delighting customer service to
clients and staffs.

Manage and direct incoming telephone
calls.

Handle customer queries verbal,
telephone and by email.
·
Receive and acknowledge receipt of
incoming letters or documents.
·
Manage and resolve customer
complaints.
·
Maintaining records through filing
and retrieval.
·
Assist in promotional strategies and
product development.
·
Preparing invitations and
registration forms for events.
Duty station: Nairobi.
Anticipated start date: Immediately.
