 Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
  • Monitor subordinates performance with respect to administrative procedures and their efforts towards improvement of monthly sales activity.
  • Survey and analyze local market and review other airlines competitive activities.
  • Encourage, motivate and develop subordinates to increase productivity.
  • Schedule field visits to the travel and tourism agencies, offices, customers etc. and monitor flow of work.
  • Prepare Sales Activity Reports as required.  Set up future plans for expansion of sales range at the station.
  • Coordinate with management for distribution of advertising materials to travel and tourism offices.
  • Ensure implementation of approved policies and procedures applicable to sales.
  • Monitor areas for increasing and improvement of sales.
  • Perform other related functions as directed by management.  
Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales in airline industry
  • Computer literacy with fluency in Microsoft Office.

Job Title: Supervisor Customer Services (CTO)

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
  • Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of CTO staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Submitting period sales reports as required.
  • Solving passenger complaints/issues relating to reservations and ticketing amicably.
  • Ensure implementation of approved policies and procedures applicable to reservations and ticketing.
  • Perform other related functions as directed by management.  
Knowledge and Experience
  • University degree or equivalent in Air Travel.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus ticketing and reservations
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in airline industry.
  • Extensive customer service experience.
  • Computer literacy with fluency in Microsoft Office.

Job Title: Customer Services Agent - Level III

 Supervisor Customer Services (CTO)

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming sales and information telephone calls from customers, travel agencies and ticket offices.
  • Make and confirm reservations.
  • Handle international reconfirmation calls; check documentation (visas etc) issue receipt for tickets to passengers.  Confirm waitlist passenger (when possible).
  • Sell both domestic and international tickets.  Attend to enquires by telephone or personally concerning reservation and sales.
  • Handle the more complex international ticketing sales and advise customers on routing etc.
Knowledge and Experience
  • University degree or equivalent in Air Travel.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus ticketing and reservations
  • Minimum (3) years’ experience in airline industry.
  • Experience in customer service function.
  • Computer literacy with fluency in Microsoft Office.
