An International 360 advertising agency with OOH media and print production facility who strives on making a difference for new clients requiring the services of an experienced Senior Account Manager with a proven track record in developing the company’s creative services, activation support and production led implementation. 
 
MUST have International Brand Experience – Not from government / engineering / educational sector
 

This role is for someone, perhaps not in country, who has already proven agency experience with ambitions to grow and lead by example, wanting a successful international platform. 
 
This role has 25% of managing administrative department aspects. 


You must be strong and fast in doing the presentation with excellent office management skills.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evidence of success in prioritising and dealing with high level sensitive information and enquiries and taking appropriate action on a regular basis.
  • Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level
  • Regular Interaction with broad business units including printers, Production Team among others while ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Build client relationship by providing day-to-day operational service for our clients and as well as implementation of bespoke business plans, areas of research, insights, analytics, quality control
  • Act as interface to manage the client demands along with the internal departments pressures, building strong client relationships
  • Assist in the strategic planning, development and implementation of commercial initiatives
  • Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction
  • Deliver best results via updated advertising operational knowledge, accurate work scheduling and efficient resource management
  • To deputize the department while Director in charge is away from office
Qualifications / Skills
  • The preferred candidate will hold a Bachelor Degree in Arts or Science / Diploma in Sales and Marketing, be self-driven and have proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in the area of Sales & Marketing. Excellent business development and project management skills
  • Smart conversation starter, knowledgeable about trends in advertising.
  • Good understanding of brand activation and steps taken to ensure a successful brand campaigns.
  • Outstanding Communication skills - verbal & written. Keen eye for details, demonstrating a high degree of accuracy at all times, even when under pressure
  • Ability to set up ambitious deliverables, implementation and ensure compliance across team.
  • Effectiveness in a cross cultural environment.
  • Excellent Leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Technical selling capabilities as well as outstanding presentation skill
  • A good grasping power of technology and tools
  • Successful track record managing multiple client assignments
  • Passion for design and proven ability to inspire the best.
  • Self motivated and able to perform under extreme pressure as a collaborative player
