partners is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator
- Help screen incoming calls
- Manage the post and email
- Greet visitors
- Book cabs and couriers and travel requirements
- Look after the filing
- Photocopying and binding
- Updating of contact lists
- Scheduling meeting rooms
- Providing refreshments
Skills & Abilities
- Minimum of a Diploma.
- Proficient with computers, Internet, Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Microsoft Outlook
- Strong communication skills in all forms
including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
Remuneration is Ksh 10,000 – 12,000
